G'day.

There are a load of articles/studies on the website that are well worth taking the time to read to become informed about dairy products and how they affect the physicality.

Just clicked on the section 'raw milk' and it says that it is unsafe and not better than unpastureised!

I hope the rest of the articles are better.......

I don`t really take in much dairy. I have been off it for sometime for the most part. I do however have convenience problems. Chocolate bars and Pizza being my biggest problems.

G'day I-baster.

I've been off the dairy for over 13 years now. I use rice milk, though I have used oat milk and almond milk as well, which are both good.

There is a bit of a movement world wide that is into raw milk, though I haven't looked into it and couldn't state much about it because of that. One thing I will say though, it's mothers milk of a different species. ;)

An interesting point is that humans are apparently the only species on the planet that consume milk as 'adults'.

Oh I agree with you there. I don`t drink much milk but when i do it is rice or oat or sometimes soy or hazelnut so not really milk from another species. ha

G'day I-baster.

I did use soy for a bit (only occasionally), though after having done some reading up about it I stopped using it altogether. I haven't used hazelnut milk and don't actually recall having seen it before. If I do I might give it a taste test.

I have heard negative talk about soy but have not had any problems or read into it too deeply. I forget who makes the hazelnut milk I buy but it is real good chocolate milk.

G'day I-baster.

I only used soy for a very short period as I preferred rice milk (the soy was too thick for me after being used to rice milk). I'm pretty certain it was Elaine Hollingsworth where I picked up some information about the soy milk, then read elsewhere about much of it being GMO. I don't recall details as this was back in 2004-2005.
