Capsicums (peppers) are great, they're a ''superfood'' apparently. Not sure if they have any healing properties as such, but they taste marvellous raw and cooked, and are really good for you. I get em from the local asian foodstores round here....they're better quality than the supermarket ones and about half the price.

if you have sunny windows you can grow peppers inside your house, herbs n stuff too, right in your kitchen, all year around.

I've read they have anti-carcinogenic properties.

A spoon of Manuka Honey in green tea works wonders.
Pomegranates are great for all kinds of immune boosting too.

Alas I don't like peppers, which is a shame, but I love Manuka honey.

I used to enjoy sprouting various seeds in a jar - alfalfa and broccoli, for example. I haven't done that for ages but I might take it up again!

Super foods for me are mainly eggs and liver. If you want to eat liver most days best to have chicken liver lower vitamin A . If your a smoker you can eat liver most days because smoking depletes the body of vitamin A.

Also like my smoothy with cocoa, all berries {get bags full of blackberries} etc and blackcurrents etc combined with advocardo etc
