Common ground, Oioi. I have 2nd degree Reiki and have never charged for it.

I like doing it, but yet when I feel ill myself, I can't seem to be bothered giving myself healing, because I'm too tired.

Meh......all I would like to add, purely as a Clinical Aromatherapist/reflexologist and Reiki practitioner of just over 20 years now, is this....under my business/trading name is this little sub heading...."Putting Your Health Back In Your Hands"....I came into complimentary therapy (meaning you work alongside allopathic/conventional medicine) with the staunch belief that we all have the ability to 'fix' ourselves.
My biggest kick is not the money that changes hands, but my clients walking out with something that they can do for themselves...the feeling of self empowerment in my view is the greatest healer of all....all I do is kick start that process.

I'd just like add, for those who aren't familiar with it, that Reiki isn't faith healing. It's got nothing to do with religion, or requesting some 3rd party (saint / angel / God) helps you out.
