Sean is on very dodgy ground and way too many people are aware of that for him to try and threaten anyone. If he has any sense he wont want to go up against someone in a courtroom.

Shit, Ciggy (Webanarchy) would have had legal action against them for certain if it could be done.

Personally, I would love Sean to make the attempt to legally prosecute me ... I'd tear him a new arsehole in court.

You've got nothing to worry about as long as what you present is factual (comedic element aside).
