okay, I couldn't resist... although I did resist putting a chip-n-dale as the background of the pulsating eye, but I figured since your a mod, an all seeing eye would work as well.

It can't be just any old gimp - you need The GIMP which is a free and open source cross platform image editing package the latest version is buggy on windows. :mad:

The easiest way to install it on windows is with the installer package here > Latest Build (Currently 2.8.0) > Older Builds > Help File English / Others Languages. GIMP is also available as a portable App from portableapps.com.

There are loads of tutorials on youtube and there are tons of sites and communities for GIMP users out there.
