I see a lot of posts about the evils of religion: some of which i agree with.

The usual targets are Christianity (especially the RCC), Islam, Judaism and then perhaps some mention of the other world religions.

And yet paganism, which is a religion too, seems to exempt from all of the usual criticism even though while it was the dominant religion in Europe, it seems to have had considerable negative consequences.

Well, one time I got mad at my boss and decided to show it, so I said something to him and he grabbed his leg and started moaning and hobbled back into his office. Around the same time a girl I was working with was giving me a hard time so I did the same thing and left the office for a minute and when I came back she was doubled over and in pain. She said she was having bad cramps and went home sick.

Also, I opened myself up to unwanted supernatural visitors in the night.

Most other religions are based on stories from humans that get viewed as Sci-Fi.
