Do you think people will consider you a devil worshiper if you told a friend you lean toward paganism, or would you have to just study and practice it in solitude.

Basically I think animals can communicate telepathically with us.

Personally I wouldn't some people hold strong view's about 'Witchs" then it depends of the type of friends you have and what you say to them, if they were the type to freak out mentioning something simple like crystals..

It really depends on the area you're in I reckon. I live in the South,so I really don't talk about my interest with the occult. At least not with people who are obviously closed minded.

The best bet is to keep it to yourself until you're sure. However I wouldn't discourage anyone from feeling free to be what they truly are.

Tough one to guage,but you'll figure it out.

theres tv shows, like dog psychics etc. so they may just assume you're gay.

Well not just the telepathic ability of your pet and other animals who may want to communicate,I also believe some inanimate objects can hold a force or some type of energy from a unknown source and reflect on you in a positive or negative way.

Oh and also I have a favorite tree that I visit,seriously.

I saw something on the Pet Psychic one time. I really liked that show. The psychic went to a alpaca farm because the owners were having trouble with one of the alpacas and it was a petting zoo. The alpaca was feisty with some of the visitors especially women. When the psychic got there and talked to the alpaca she said that he wanted to have something to wear and he was jealous of peoples hats and scarves. So she put a scarf around the alpaca and his mood immediately changed from snappy and unpredictable to jaunty and happy. He started running around the field with the scarf on. It was funny.

It is important in my opinion to expose people to new or foreign views. There are plenty of agnostics atheists pagans and wicans in the south however(I believe) and the key I think is to expose people to these new ideas and open their minds little by little. It is not your duty to do this but I think it is a good thing to do.

Where is the anti-theist opposition to religion when it comes to paganism?

Not sure there is one mikey but some religious people see paganism as demonic perhaps.

Doesn't atheism cover disbelief in all religions, including Paganism?

As I understand it atheism is about not believing in a deity and so I think you could perhaps still be atheist and into some paganism. Not that I gave studied paganism at all.

Paganism involves belief in entire pantheons of deities.

I've studied witchcraft or shall I say practiced it kind of, it was natural for me. But then I saw what harm it could do and I stopped.
