I happened to stumble across this on "the other forum".

"Smegma is probably the most misunderstood, most unjustifiably maligned substance in nature. Smegma is clean, not dirty, and is beneficial and necessary. It moisturizes the glans and keeps it smooth, soft, and supple. Its antibacterial and antiviral properties keep the penis clean and healthy. All mammals produce smegma. Thomas J. Ritter, MD [co-author of Say No to Circumcision] underscored its importance when he commented, 'The animal kingdom would probably cease to exist without smegma.'" ("Where Is My Foreskin? The Case Against Circumcision," by Paul M. Fleiss, MD, Mothering, Winter 1997)

I wish I had smegma.

Fucking "doctors" :mad: They're quacks.

I'm going to have to grow a new foreskin...it'll probably take 3 to 7 years, but it'll be worth it :chuckle: Some things can't be regrown though, like the Ridged Band.

A very important part of the penis.

There is no justification for circumcision. It's barbaric and pure madness. It should only ever be considered as last resort when all other treatments for certain medical conditions (Phimosis for instance) have been exhausted.

I recently found out I could have done a bit of stretching and used some steroid spray to cure my Phimosis :( But no, those pieces of shit doctors were only too quick to slice me up :mad: Doctor knows best eh? Fuckers.

Now I've had to look up Phimosis. The Wikipedia entry pretty much explains it. I'm almost regretting starting this thread, but at least I've learnt something today, although not quite what I had in mind for my learning needs. :D

Some things are just water under the bridge and gone in life my friend, and we can't look back.

I have to try. If it's not possible then I'll be able to properly grieve and move on. And at least I'll have tried :)

It was the Raleigh Grifter in my day and sadly I never had one. I had some other heap of junk, but it did have the brakes that if you peddle in reverse they come on.

I wanted a Grifter.

I got this instead;

85 05a

I'm sure this is the exact model I had...I might have had the one which was all black though, I can't quite remember. I always loved the gold wheels and that. No I think I had the all black one, I would have loved the one in that pic though.

From Smeg and foreskins to BMX's...you've gotta love forums :D
