society has all but turned into a factory shop floor ,
media , good media not selling an attitude or device is rare .
people annoy irritate and dissapoint good times are few and far between ,
best times are the ones alone .

my five year plan is almost finnished ive just about got all i need i never felt like i belonged in a city and knew from an early age i had to leave.

its nearly time im heading for france i will pack my bike with gear and cycle to ferry and continue on to my destination ,
were i will live out the rest of my days .
just cannot be arsed with society anymore lifes unbearable im not suicidal im just fucking sick and tired and my mind hasnt changed since first realising i had to get away
i just wondered if this is abnormal im not escaping family or debt ive no.debts in fact
and my family are not going to know except a note to each explaining im.ok and just want to.be left alone without expectations criticisms or
obligations ,
society has no right ro determine how i live but its unavoidable unless you just drop out so thats what i intend to do and fuck people they just say one thing do another then change their mind its tedium puragatory depressing and finally im.nearly out of it im not blaming society or people without accepting that i must annoy
and be an ass , some take this in their stride and are at ease.with stress im not i hate it pasionately im hapiest alone always have been .
i do know if i spend any longer here i will throw myself into he clyde with a washing machine chained to.my neck .

i really need.to go .
anyone else comming so to speak .

I sincerely wish you all the best mushy and I'm quite envious that you have such an opportunity.

Grab it with both hands and live it to the full. Freedom is fucking priceless mate and you'll have the closest thing to it.

I have just had freedom handed to me, on a plate.

Be careful of what you wish for.

I would never leave society for good so i just walk long nature trails to get away sometimes.

Nothing wrong with taking a few days, months or even years to get away and bike or walk nature trails ect.

People in the western world love society for the most part if you think about it.

If not they would pack a bag and leave for a South American or African jungle and be a natural human.

Others might go off into the mountains but winters can get cold.

Best of luck with whatever you do mushy.

Here is a movie about this topic everyone should watch.

I had an Uncle that lived this type of life for almost 20 years and he said it was not that great

We can never escape society the best solution is to find a society you feel at home and comfortable with.

Years ago i joined a bunch of new age travellers who gave up society but the land became private then we were asked to move on. Im not too sure where you can go to break free from society.Maybe climbing a mountain and sitting on top but then what :umm:

Yes if you don't ever go, you will always have a void about what would have happened, and it would torment you.

Never before has a civilization reached such a degree of a contempt for life; never before has a generation, drowned in mortification, felt such a rage to live...who wants a world in which the guarantee that we shall not die of starvation entails the risk of dying of boredom?
Raoul Vaneigem

mushy! I don't know you...but you jammy bugger you!
But I do have a question....why abroad? Better the devil you know than the devil you don't and all that. I know you say it's to get away from society, but heck...you mention the Clyde...there are no trespass laws in Scotland...and there be a lot of land and caves and abandoned crofts in them there hills!
But whichever....I admire your tenacity...well done you!
I have maintained for a long time once my yioungest has left home, all I will have left is what I can fit in my rather large rucksack I aquired just recently and then I'm off too....at least I'm preped up to a point if SHTF!

Its your life to do as you desire, I am sure your family will be fine with your choices eventually, if not at first. I sometimes feel how you do, If I had the means to go and move to another country I would, I don't hate my country but, I do get bored with seeing the same faces being around the same shit day in day out, I have always moved around and never stayed anywhere for more than 1-2 years but I'm well and truly stuck here where I am. I need to sample something different.

Don't get me wrong, I am happy in myself but, things could be better.
