I can't see why anyone would. :dunno:

Well as I mentioned if a particular moderator really enjoyed a forum, and isn't that really the point of visiting one,in my opinion there would be less stress to reply to a non moderator and it would be more real.

This forum is the opposite it's easier in my opinion talking to mods most forums the mods seem to be on a power trip, and people watch their replies to their posts or threads.

Would you really be happy to know that you might be conversing with what you think is two different people ...only to find out that it has been one person all along?

If I had a personal interest in the person of some sort it may take me back a little,if it was just a fellow forum member I don't think it's a big deal

I like to think/hope..... that people are honest about who they are, whether it be irl or on a forum.

What we hope for and what we get are two different things though. :)

It's round about now I think is my cue to confess that I originally joined the forum under the name Joe Hill, because I had learned that people got banned at DIF for being here. I quickly changed my mind and aske the folks with green names to change it to my current one.

I also "socked up" in order to have a chat with a few old friends at DIF and once the modbullies started to suspect me of being er..well me...I played a prank on them by creating an account here under the same name. It lasted a couple of hours and I PMed anybody involved about my true identity.

It was a prank to confuse those prying from DIF and by all accounts it worked :chuckle:

But other than that, I am who I say I am. :P And i have been for years now.

As to my name on the other forum,I took into consideration I wanted a more personal type thing here and that was one reason I used rick,no one I don't believe ever used alienbiketrail wrote out completely in any of their replies to me,and also to some degree as the reason you mentioned also but I didn't care if I was banned there, but I don't think I was ever that well known on icke to be honest about it but you were mikey

I think that is a good move. :)

I should probably take this opportunity to say sorry for the hard time I gave you earlier. :emb:

I saw some pretty wierd shenanigans over that place and it left me quite clannish and protective. Above all I was made suspicious and reluctant to trust.

So sorry Rick.

Maybe I'm wrong, but there seems to be a melding of 'herd mentality' and 'gang stalking'. People in general tend to dislike others who deviate outside of their perceived understanding of what it is to be human. That person may become a target of obsession because on some deep unconscious level, they desire to act like the individual on some level. Fearing ridicule for being different, they issue blind hate, and recruit others through peer pressure and intimidation. It's not unlike the mentality of a homophobe. A lot of people are like this because they're too caught up in their own little bubble of an existence, and have little or no concept of 'the bigger picture'.

Gang stalking, at least as I understand it, goes well beyond mere petty and childish behavior. From what I've learned, it's a well organized and funded initiative. The level of co-ordination it would take to do the things I've seen claimed, would be impressive. This may go on with people in high-profile positions, who resist certain wishes/orders of powerful organizations. I could see this being utilized on people who can't simply be taken out (politicians, human rights activists, environmentalists, members of the Scientific community, etc). I don't see this happening to Joe Shmoe on a conspiracy forum, or in some college dorm. If they had important information that someone in a position of power didn't want getting out, they'd simply have them killed; It would be cheaper. Chances are that anyone not of a high profile who claims to have this problem may, as you folks in the UK say, be a nutter.

Again I could be wrong. Just my two cents there for what it's worth.
Form is merely a momentary manifestation of being, not a fixed reality.

History doesn't repeat itself, uninformed people repeat history.

To all progressive endeavors great or small, come unforeseen benefits on a scale larger than most give pause or contemplation of.

I agree more with this post then the rest of the thread which sounds like some kind of first world problem... :conf:

What is being talked about in this thread sounds more like "Haters" which is a common thing.

I know people that have had doors kicked in and family's tied up by gangs of teenage kids.

People getting pistol whipped, shot, robbed, executed ect...

Thats gangstalking.

Re the point on mods, it was in the mod rules on t'other forum that we were allowed to participate in threads and express opinions, but not to push them if anyone disagreed, and to bow out if it started getting heated. .

But I did see one admin in particular goad people he disagreed with. Yet ,oddly enough, he was the same one who I've since thought may have had a sock on there for the purpose of anonymously goading myself & others on the mod team at that time, knowing that actually, we couldn't bite back. Some folk are just plain round the twist.

I can see your point, Real American, but it doesn't detract from the unpleasantness of being targeted by haters on screen. There's a troll keeps joining another forum run by Hagbard under different names & IP's, purely for the purpose of typing the most vile crap about him imaginable. Stick up for him, and the troll turns on you too. For eg, having spoken of having had a miscarriage in the past, he'd come on with the username, 'Gilly's aborted baby'.

Get a gang of them after you, and it would be enough to upset most people.

Gangstalking is any form of gang or mob mentality towards a specific individual, it could be being done on a forum or anywhere in an aspect of a persons life, in extreme cases they corner the person by getting control of everything they do, that is when it becomes scary, they know of phone conversations, computer use, they can go so far as to contact professional people to mess with your employment and your family and friends. It is sick behaviour on a very big level.

We all have that place inside us where we keep are innermost secrets, we all have that and we all need that. Even if it's only a tiny fraction of ourselves. But honesty is always the best policy I think, yes there's little white lies, all of us do that. But with important stuff, and how you relate to others, it's best to be upfront and straight down the line. It's the only way I can really be.
If you're honest with people and authentic, I think you get honesty and authenticity back. Relating to people based on lies, that's just shit, and the lies will always reveal themselves, the truth always floats to the surface eventually.
I think this is off topic :D Am I making sense? :emb:
Be real people, that's all I'm getting at...I think  :chuckle:

To sum it all up it is classed as harassment and intimidation, the intended outcome sometimes is to discredit the individual to a point where they can be seen as someone not to be taken seriously.

A target has to be clever (if they can hold it together :( ) and firstly recognise what is going on and then take steps to expose or prevent it from happening.

I suppose one of the main weapons is to make the victim just look like a paranoid nut. Maybe to the point where the victim starts even doubting themselves. It sounds like very, very nasty shit. Wtf is wrong with people?

I would imagine it could change peoples behaviour to a point they start acting strange and then people can say 'look at them, how can you trust them'.

They can send people to act as spies for organisations and this illegal 'agent' can be in on the plan to upset and unstabalise the victim too.

That's pretty much my individual approach to the gang that is NaN's. Does that make me a hardcore gangstalker?

@oioioi

I think you are an individual who could be accused of "stalking" (i.e. voicing opposition to) a gang.

Not following and harrassing an individual as part of a gang.

Gangbangers don't bang gangs.

i have a hard time organizing my house, never mind getting a bunch of people to follow someone.
yet some of this gang stalking stuff seems as if they are body snatchers though, like those guys aren't human. waiting for
