I got all wrapped up and had a wonderful long walk out in the snow tonight.

It was lush.

From a visual point of view it can make the dingiest shithole town look slightly magical,fresh and clean but its a pain in the butt when the novelty wears off.

This is what it's like in my neck of the woods. I do like the snow and it is attractive, but I wouldn't object to the weather getting a couple of degrees warmer.

I agree, Gilly, it looked great the other day when the snow was deep. However, I'm glad I'm not one of the people who had to dig their car out of the car park where I live at 7 o' clock in the morning so that they could drive incredibly slowly to work!
