Haven't tried these foon but I know from experience that some frequencies can really f*ck you up. Will give them a go. :thumbup:

Sorry to be pedantic, but these aren't the frequencies advertised. :D They're just simple relaxing chord sequences. (and as such contain various frequencies.)
789Hz would be roughly equivalent to hearing the note G5 continuously, but only the fundamental of the note rather than its harmonics or timbre of an instrument.
