How do you think the cuts in benefits will affect the wealthier in society who have franchise businesses and other types of small shops etc?

The trickle up factor must be massive when it comes to poor people buying food and clothing etc.

Wealthy, Wealthier or Wealthiest it don't matter none of them will be effected.

The only people that cuts in benefits hurt is the people who have their benefits cut.

Not entirely true.
Many small businesses rely on customers who are on benefits. They stand to lose if their customers stop coming.

The big guys just don't give a shit, they make enough money on interest on their money alone.

Yes the wealthy few will no doubt still receive massive subsidies one way or another so it won't affect them.

The goal posts are being moved some what lower down the pyramid system which could mean the definitions change, poor will be starving to death and wealthier will mean being able to eat.

Is this in Ireland or the UK?

Because here in North East America i don't see any cuts being made.

Maybe some minor Military cuts but that's about it.

It'll also mean that the wealthiest corporations will be able to buy up the small biz for total pwnage.

I was thinking of like unemployment or disability cuts.

What type of austerity measures are going on in Europe?

You've been locked in fox news studio for the past 5 years then? :D :killinme:

Basically all social welfare services are being cutback, staffed less, charges are going up for drugs and benefits such as child benefit are getting cut around 30%, dozens of new taxes on property and bin collection etc are being introduced, taxes on having bank accounts, taxes on car insurance, tax on home insurance, raised road taxes, raised fuel taxes...I'd be here all day tbh :D

I agree with the statement because it's true.

The bottom off the pyramid has already been chopped off for the most part.
