A GMP officer raped a woman as she slept in her bed at home, a court heard.
Pc Stuart Jenkins, 38, from Bury, allegedly ‘slowly and quietly’ raped the woman in an attempt not to wake her.
A jury at Preston Crown Court was shown footage of a police interview in which the complainant said Pc Jenkins gave her a lift home when she was drunk. She said she fell asleep straight away and woke up with Pc Jenkins on top of her.
After swearing and asking him to stop, the woman - who cannot be named for legal reasons - said he hovered over her for two minutes before climbing on top of her for a second time.
She said: “I didn’t know what to do. I pretended to be asleep because I thought if he realises I’m asleep then he’ll stop.
Kansas ‘retaliation’ bill would allow police to arrest people who complain about officers
A Kansas bill being considered by the House Standing Committee on Corrections and Juvenile Justice would give police the power to arrest people who file complaints against officers if those allegations were proven false.
Kansas Exposed pointed out this week that someone on the Corrections and Juvenile Justice had anonymously filed HB 2698, which would allow people to be charged with felony perjury.
And the measure would prevent any other law enforcement agency from taking up the investigation once it had been closed.

A policeman can shoot a blind man in the back and get away with it?' Fury of Taser attack victim as blundering officer who mistook his white stick for a samurai sword is let off with an order to APOLOGISE
Colin Farmer, 64, hit with a Taser as he walked to a pub in October 2012
PC Stuart Wright thought blind man's white stick was a samurai sword
Lancashire police said officer was not guilty of 'gross incompetence'
Wright given performance improvement notice and told to apologise
Mr Farmer blasted decision, saying 'I could easily have been dead'
A police officer who shot a blind man with a Taser when he mistook his white stick for a samurai sword will keep his job - and has only been asked to apologise to the man.
Colin Farmer, 64, was hit with the stun gun in Chorley, Lancashire, by PC Stuart Wright in 2012 as he walked to his local pub.
Mr Farmer, who thought he was suffering a stroke, was then handcuffed by the police constable - who was responding to reports of a man in the town centre with a sword.
Mr Farmer was not released until the arrival of another officer whom PC Wright told: 'I think I’ve got the wrong person.'
Lancashire Constabulary held a two-day disciplinary hearing following a recommendation from the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) the officer had a case to answer for gross misconduct.
The meeting concluded PC Wright was not guilty of 'gross incompetence' - but should be issued with a performance improvement notice and that he be told to apologise personally to Mr Farmer.
Mr Farmer condemned the decision today.
He said: 'This officer broke a rule, he should never have shot a blind man in the back from 6ft away. There was no urgency for him to pull the trigger -I could very easily have been dead.'
'The odds have not been in my favour. Since it happened I have been diagnosed with traumatic stress disorder because if what has been going on.
'Before it happened I had only been out of hospital five months after having a brain haemorrhage and stroke, my brain hadn't even had chance to recover and then this. Let's just say I'm happy that at least he won't be getting a promotion.
'He can live with his conscience, but I did nothing wrong, I'm the innocent victim. If he can shoot a blind man and get away with it what signal is that giving out to people.
'It wasn't a mistake, he pulled that trigger on purpose, he could have waited. I have lost faith in the police, I have had no justice. If it can get to this then god help anybody.

Cop Stays On The Job After Brutally Beating Jewish Man In His Own Synagogue
What’s worse than being beaten down in public by the police when you were minding your own business? The answer may be found in the disturbing video captured a man being brutally beaten by police after he was discovered sleeping on a couch inside a synagogue… his synagogue.
Ehud Halevy, 22, was struck dozens of times by the officer, with fists and a baton, even though he had permission to be there from the Aliya Institute in Crown Heights on Oct. 8, 2012. Still, the beating was ruled as “justified” after considerable review, and the abusive officers who gave Halevy the Gestapo treatment were cleared of any wrong-doing.
Rabbi Moshe Feiglin runs the youth center. He said that Halevy had been living at the shul for a month before police brutally attacked him.
While the city has agreed to pay a $100,000 settlement Halevy, the officer was not fired. was sleeping in a back room of the Aliya Institute in Crown Heights on Oct. 8, 2012, when a security guard called police. Although youths were sometimes allowed to sleep there, the guard was apparently alarmed because Halevy was shirtless and not wearing pants.
“When we watched the video and saw some of New York’s finest behaving in a not very fine way, brutalizing an individual for absolutely no reason, it was just something horrible,” Brooklyn Assemblyman Dov Hikind said.
Why is this officer allowed to remain on the job after beating a Jewish man in his own synagogue? Apparently the answer is because this crime was not deemed as “that bad” by the city of New York.
Well then it won't be "that bad" when that psychotic scum in the uniform gets the crap kicked out of him, hopefully, in the street some time when he's not got his back-up around.

there is really no need for that to happen if people learn the rules of 'The New World Order' as it can all be collapsed in a few days when we all realise how to play the game.
scenario: if you go to a restaurant and order a meal, you would be expected to pay, so you pay for what you order, what makes people believe they have no right to charge for what they are ordered to do?
always ask the policeman/woman is that an order? if so then happily comply, get their name [as a man or woman] and give them the bill then all this crap would soon end.
why do you think they were nicknamed 'THE BILL'
I once heard someone claim that the queen could not understand why the people could not live by using their wits,
well isn't that witty?
it is to simple to explain

Huh?
yep its too simple
the courts are set up to enforce payment of 'BILLS' this is why every item in parliament has to be presented as 'A BILL' what makes you believe that you can not present a 'BILL' for fulfilling orders?
