Ask her or him to rough it with you on a place that had no water as of yet, middle of the woods , not really close to any major food store just a small C store/ gas station, and pretty broke down like a hobo shack.........but it would save the two of you money.

Or would you pool your money and rent a decent apartment, not a house a apartment that would not allow the two of you much spending money left over?
