If it meant lower and equal taxation for everyone, an increase in services, easy and cheap travel, English as the official language, harmonised rates of pay throughout all states and the same treatment for all throughout the states would you still object to a federal Europe ?
If so, why ?

Personally, I've never really had a major objection to us being more fully integrated with Europe until the whole single currency thing started to collapse. I'm not actually sure that it can work for a large number of reasons, but I wouldn't be against it per se if it met those conditions.
It's a bit of a moot point as to whether the UK could survive being completely isolated from Europe.

Hmm ok then, what if all money was 100% digital but still the pound or whatever for each state?

Now I've thought about it, I'm a bit more unsure. Wouldn't you still get Germany propping up the whole of Europe? I'm not quite sure how so many nations with different levels of economic output can get the current Euro system to work as Germany will always set the base rates that might not be suitable for that region. If you had Europe as one single nation with a President, theoretically it could work, but you'd still have regional differences. The big blocker is that I don't think the majority of Europeans would want this. I'm rambling.

By the way, when you say digital, are you talking bitcoin type currency?

Even within single country's borders you still yet vast economic differences vizier. Here in cornwall for instance things are very different to bedfordshire.....how would making one big country sort that out?

No, I mean credit and debit cards and same names of currencies, same prices and taxation levels throughout
