Had a bit of a mishap and the black bag containing soiled litter burst in my hall.

Cat litter everywhere.

Is there a natural way to remove them smell without chemicals?

Or should I just put the cat in nappies

Thinking of possibly buying a watermelon and rubbing it on the carpet but that might be a bit mad??

Its bad enough cleaning it off a floor without carpet, if its a small room I'd literally just chuck it out and get a new carpet
Otherwise its a shampoo job again and again :/

Seeing as its a she-cat then you'll prolly get away with the carpet shampoo rental dawn.

On a more serious note, you might want to try scrubbing it with a mixture of water, cider vinegar, lemon and sea salt.. And then covering it with plenty of bicarb and hoovering it up when it's dry
