There is some merit to what they say but its very badly done tbh.
For starters the article you link to mikey-

I can think of a few instances where thats clearly bollocks. better wording would have been 'Its true that polluting energy sources have drawbacks and need sensible regulation'.

One sentence has brains the other has brawn and tbh I'm sick of seeing brawn.

How about tidal? How about geothermal?

What is it that actually regulates what we do? Is it actually govt policies or is it financial pressure?
I would argue the latter is far stronger, after all, it buys politicians. People are looking at the ass end of the donkey.
