I have had a few past life memories. One is when I either lived in Ireland or Scotland back in the 1300's. I was a rich girl back then and lived alone with my father but I was together with a soldier in secret and this was not appriciated by my father.

Another past life memory that I have is in a beautiful society. I had a white dress on and was very free spirited. I lived within a temple with a handsome, tall blonde man that was at least 7 feet tall. I was also taller then compared to now as I'm pretty short now of 5 foot 3.. I was perhaps 5,9 or 6 feet tall back then. My skin was a lot better, it was of perfection I would say. We had beautiful stone buildings, technology as well as lots of crystals, even pyramids. I am almost sertain that this was back in Atlantis.

Oh anyone that knows anything about strange sex rituals that they performed back in the ancient days that we don't practice now?

I've never really looked into it, but it's interesting, certainly.

I tend to favour the idea that all 'lives' are concurrent however, rather than linear. I believe the only reason 'time' becomes relevent to a sentient being on this planet is because that is the way our senses makse 'sense' of events here.

I do have a passion for old tat, which I've never quite been able to explain anorl. Usually pre-war stuff, from Victorian right through to 30's stuff. Had I the money to fund such a thing, I'd quite happily live in an antiques shop but never let anyone in.

Imagination hey, well I think you're spot on, humanspirit.

A person would only know about a 'past life' if they had an indication in the present life, it's like panic, sometimes people have a panic attack for no real reason, it's likely under lying issues from below the conscious mind.(sending out signals).

So are we to say that these signals are from a past life or even another dimension?
It's likely the activity of neuropeptides/neurotransmitters working on autopilot when the subconscious is agitated.
That's where the imagination come into action, it needs to find a location for these feelings to have come from....

The reason why i say that is there are more people alive today than ever before on earth.If all these people had past lives then there wouldn't be enough bodies in the past for all these people to inhabit.

I suppose you could then argue that it's only certain people that have had past lives,this then makes the concept of past lives being reliant on an individuals imagination more likely because it isn't a common physical trait in every human.

I should add that the imagination is an amazing aspect of each individual,all those amazing stories out there.

I don't view a 'past life' as the past, strictly speaking. I believe consciousness able to experience many different 'existences' all at once. Linear time is only a facet of life on this planet and really only a way of enabling our senses to interpret the information around us that we are interpreting as physical.

'Source' or whatever you want to call it, is everything, everywhere, all the time. In order to experience other than that, it is also able to concentrate its focus into you, me, a table, a tree...etc. Part of this process may include enforcing 'limitations' such as time, or that which we perceive as the passing of time with our physical senses.

Memories of being pure source and all knowing, different matter.
