Theoretically, you could pulverize both the main vertical inner core of the towers, and its concrete (half wave) with the same frequency. This would not affect the human body (mostly water) as the speed of sound through water is 4700ft/sec which is not divisible by the speeds through steel and concrete. It may cause some unpleasant effects, but won't pulverise people like it would with the other materials.
