These sorts of stories always get reported in a jokey manner.
and are almost always followed by a string of posts by women saying he must have deserved it or it's funny

I realise women are brainwashed into thinking that men are their enemy, so it's 'funny' when a guy is mutilated in this fashion.

I can promise you that I'm a woman, and the last thing I'd call this is funny. I could understand your complaining if the women here had posted laughing about it, or saying he deserved it, but give us some credit, eh? Everybody isn't the same mentality just because they're a particular gender. Not all women believe men to be the enemy either.

Erm....I know it's the BBC's headline, but the official police line is wounds to the groin area., not even genital mutilation. I'm not beliteling what happened here...just asking if this isn't typical BBC exageration

This happened a couple of mile from where we live, and as the old saying goes, if one plays with fire you will get burned, or another old local saying is, the other half of the party had something that was to high to eat grass.
