Small claims court should be all that's required to reclaim the stolen funds! There is no written document stating that when parliament was created that it abided by this document.

When I was about 15 years old, my dad completed a census by answering each question with either, "Refer to your *such & such* department, where you already have a record of this information, or, "That's none of your business".

He was fined, & advised he still needed to complete the census or he'd be imprisoned and given a heavier fine.

@Gilly I have never had a problem with not engaging with the census cretins. The answer is not to entertain the document in the first place. They can only imprison people for non compliance when the majority of the community accept that that is legitimate practice unchallenged. The reality is that by doing that you simply tighten the bond of your own shackles and shackles of all those around you whether they are willing or not. Consent is the key component.

@Feather he doesn't have a very good way of putting his point, I would have to agree. That doesn't mean that he has no point! Compliance and acceptance at any and every level is the only thing that gives the state the perception of authority. The reality is the state has no power that it doesn't receive or extract from those willing to empower it. Acceptance of state policy under duress doesn't demonstrate a legitimate form of government.
