How long do you reckon your bits will last, app? It's pretty cool to think that something you have made might still be around in hundreds of years, eh? Doubt anyone will know what to do with any of it though.

True mastery of any craft is timeless, as are the skills handed down. Skills will always be there, so too will the men to use them.
How many, is up to us all, to learn and pass them on , and make sure they survive.

Its the soles that made me think of army boots App - I have a pair and the soles are identical to those vibram blocks.

If you can't make your own boots like me, ex-british army boots are the next best option....you cannot buy better.

Here are a couple of solid bronze gardening tools I have just made for the wife as a bonding present for our 28th.They took a day to make and cost 35 quid for materials.

Super looking tools. Does bronze have the same type of benefits for the soil as copper does.
