There's tons of old people rotting in homes, and dying in hospital beds while those royal bastards live in the lap of luxury, and get the best medical care available.
While I won't hope for the royal fucker to pop his clogs, etc. I also won't give two shits when he does. I wonder if they give two shits about their loyal "subjects"

I'm concious of taking the thread off track, so if anyone wants to move this bit, they're welcome to.

I had to use question marks, or the punctuation police would have been in like Flynn. :)

I'm usually much warmer to folk I've not met before, but I'd like to emphasise that although my response to you may well have appeared hostile, as stated, I'm genuinely not looking to fall out with you over it. I'm not judging you as a person (as stated, I don't know you, and I don't get the feeling you're trying to be unpleasant or anything like that).

It's just that it's becoming wearying, to me, to note that comments such as this...

" Why oh why do folk persist in going on like this? Do they not realise they are making themselves no better than those they are attacking? I really thought you guys would try and really create something different, outside the box and a truly inspirational forum.…..in the most part it is.…..but where is the get up and gowalk your talk? Huh? Stop feeding the neg’s guys!"

...are causing people to spend so much of their posting time justifying themselves and trying 'define' what the forum is and isn't all about.

Whether other people know you well or not doesn't alter the fact that those comments are the first I've seen from yourself.

The majority of posts slating HRH are black humour. I believe in lurve, but I do feel some people (including him) deserve slagging off. So re your, "And as for them being retilians…oh please…", well, the only person who alluded to that was joking.

If, as you say, you want my opinion on the thread title, you could read the thread, as I've posted it here.

I haven't noticed Rick's post (sorry Rick  ) and with the emoticon Dubs applied, it appeared as though his comments were also tongue in cheek. The same applies to Jhado (I've 2 browsers open so have seen your comment. Dubs, posted after I started my reply :P - it's slow 'cause I'm cooking as well ) and to my mind, Monoman (who, you may note, I responded to) made his view known without seeming sanctimonious.

With regard to your playing a part in setting up the first Sanctumzone, jolly good. Well done.

*Edit* Oh yes - nearly forgot. I wasn't giving you permission to have your own opinion, as I'm sure you know. I was acknowledging your right. If you want to play snarky, I can do that too. ;)

With reference to certain earlier posts, I saw this in A paper today & it made me chuckle... Oh the blatant fun they have!
Go009

(btw @ Mikey - here's why I look at this paper from time to time - to catch this kinda shit!)

& for the lazies here, if you can't be bothered to read through the thread, the point I draw on is that... PP passed earlier this week.

(legals - the opinions & statements above are not the opinions of the person who registered to the Sanctum Zone, the above statement about Prince Philip is lies)

I like it when threads get jacked... its always interesting to watch the turns they all take when other subject matters are stumbled upon... 1 thing leads to another... feel free to continue jacking away (gawd that came out so dirty, wasn't meant to, and neither was the came out part either... someone, please shoot me or gag me, one or the other before I make any more horrid comments!).

I say good luck to him. I oppose everything his position stands for, pretty much every view of his that I'm aware of and his part in the organization of this "world" but as Monoman said he's another slice of light, part of the whole, me, you and everybody/thing else.

Every time I see this thread listed on the main page, because there isn't enough space to list the full title it says: "Phillip...admitted to hos". That does sound a lot more pleasurable, and it's probably cheaper than a private hospital as well. Not that those miserable, scrounging bastards ever pay for anything.
The true measure of a man is not his intelligence or how high he rises in this freak establishment. The true measure of a man is this: how quickly he can respond to the needs of others and how much of himself he can give - Philip K. Dick.

The Guardian - 17th Aug 12:17pm
Prince Philip ordered to rest & told not to exhaust himself with visitors, even members of the Royal family.

Ok, no worries about visiting a 91 year old who's back in hosi for the 3rd time. Shit, I know when my Grandma was in & out during old age, I was there every time.

Was anyone in the area of Balmoral on Wednesday, Ballater etc????

The news stated that Philip was driven to the hospital because the Sea King helicopter that was called out to transport him could not land at the castle due to exceptionally bad weather. So far I can't find any reports of such bad weather on Wednesday there??

Prince Philip spends fifth day in hospital
Queen and other royal family members attend church near Balmoral as Duke of Edinburgh remains in hospital in Aberdeen
James Meikle
guardian.co.uk, Sunday 19 August 2012

Prince Philip has had no visitors since he was driven nearly 50 miles from Balmoral to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Wednesday after bad weather thwarted attempts to ferry him there by RAF helicopter. He is said to have been in regular touch with his family by phone.

Sounds like there could be an announcement fairly soon. Just wait for a royal or two to go visit PP. Then we may get the 'news'.

OMG! He's out and apparently on camera too. It was hard to watch that.

I don't wish death on many but to be seemingly proved wrong like that was tough. Now I look like a dick to certain members of my family & of course you lot. Shit.
Would I trade his death for my self respect & the respect of others close to me? Hmm, the jury is out on that.

Anyway, my source is forever more untrustworthy.

I think what's happened is that he had been looking so dodgy recently that the respected people that would be involved, had a trial run for his 'arrangements' should he suddenly pass on. With the trial run going on, the grapevine obviously distorted this into his actual demise. Apologies all. Don't hate me! :couch:
