What a pity Ventura interrupted Mr Icke in that interview, just at the critical point. He'd asked if he was in it for the money, and Icke was just regurgitating his predictable self-pitying whinge about how, a while back, he couldn't walk down the street without people laughing at him. I felt sure, if allowed to continue unheckled, he would have added, "Now the boot's on the other foot, and I'm laughing at them!" £$£$£$ Suckers! :D

Gilly, I read or heard somewhere that a psychic told David Icke, years ago, that in the future people would feel sorry for him and, to paraphrase, he would be able to ride that train. I am saying it wrong, but I think a little of that does go on. :twisted: :dodge:

Yep.. there is the divorce, another lawsuit that he had, the story that he always tells about how he could not walk down the street, these things make people feel bad for him and if you look at his forum now, The Conspiracy Theory show has rallied the troops because they feel bad for him.

It's all kind of meaningless though unless I could find the quote about what the psychic said.

Could be. A lot of those people on his forum care, though. That's all I was saying. It's kind of like a cult. I see someone on that thread who seems to have changed over the last two years and it might be because he has been medicated for illness but he seems kind of ...zombified, not his usual self, and he is talking like his leader has been attacked.

God almighty. I'm happy for people to question the six-million figure, not that it particularly matters, but painting Hitler to be some sort of heroic, besieged figure doesn't really stand up to much scrutiny! It makes me laugh when people, rightly, want to decry the political order we live in now, but praise Hitler...who dissolved the German parliament, political system and constitution, systematically assassinated his political opponents and had thousands of secret / military police going round scooping people up and putting them in camps. We're against the PATRIOT Act, but we're in favour of that!

Not only that, but the camps were apparently a holiday camp:
