After a little more digging, it appears that for whatever reason, some ex posters names aren't there anymore when you search the community members, the above being one of them and also myself

EDIT.... after another quick seems heaps of those who where banned have now been deleted from the list of members

They call 12-year-olds children forgetting the fact that 12 is of combat age. You don't even have to be 12 to pull the trigger of an AK-47. If you read the reports, children were used as terrorist proxies and carried letters to insurgents. It sounds awful to hear of US soldiers killing kids, but think of all the truly innocent lives that may have been prevented.

I would post a measured and lengthy response but I think this would be the gist of it.
