I'm mildly concerned about work down there is all.

They are crying out for people with degrees in Cornwall, to clear up behind the people that can afford holidays.

Speaking of expensive holidays in Cornwall, my impending one has cost about 2.5 times as much as it would to go abroad for guaranteed sunshine!

Ahem.
Like most things, it all depends what you 'want'. In kernow's defence there are some very nice and reasonably priced camp sites that afford relatively cheap holidays. Of course there are also high end headland hotels and most things in between.

Work in cornwall again relates to what you want. Like anywhere IT is currently a good one if you want regular fair cash. There is work, a lot of it only seasonal. Like anywhere, skills are your friend ;) I don't crave much money so I get by ok

I'd love to run my own studio down there. That would be grand.... especially if it was built into a headland or something fancy like that.
Pipe dreams can come true!
I'm not after a load of cash either just enough to pay my way & have a decent life.

It is...the metal bar I had inserted in it recently is really difficult to budge and there's a flaky crust forming around the opening.

A wee squirt of WD40 followed by a rub with an oily rag might do the trick but I'm no Doctor.
