The bullshit we have to put up with now, it's called LEAN, but it's common purpose really.

My journey to work is pretty crap too, 45 minutes to do 17 miles, each way that is.

The worst is the shift pattern, 12 hour days X 2, then 12 hour nights X 2, then 4 rest days and then back to the face.

This means 2 free weekends every 8 weeks.
