When I lived in a shared house, I'd always be robbing this lad's lighter & putting it into a big stash of his lighters.
When one would go missing, in his Southern accent, 'where's my facking lighter? fa facks sake!'
It drove him mad!
Then I gave them all back to him on his birthday.... rather than buy a present or get him a card.

I only have one lighter, or did before it was stolen!

I spent a week trying to prevent him from stealing it. Then he did a hit a run and come in for a coffee or two after sketti's and stole the lighter

I like the after burner/wind resistant lighters. Don't see many of them around these days.
Lighters unfortunately seem to exist in a flux.... and can vanish at the most inopportune moments.
