The site was down due to an issue at the hosts end. It still might intermittently drop in and out, it may not. Theres nothing we can do from our end, ive been in contact with them in their chat support just now and they told me we would just have to wait it out until they resolve things.

Thanks Nov...I came down from my bath earlir this afternoon, and plink...there we were gone. I kept getting messages about cookies and stuff....so I vaguely remembered something you said about them and 'clearing our cache. So I have given myself a computer lesson and cleaned my laptop in the process...took a few/phew hours...but hey ho...realised it had to be a problem with innohost when my friend couldn't get you up, and I couldn't call up TZ!
Going to bed now...all fragged out! :D

but seriously, yep you are right, if TZ also doesnt work, its a good indicator that it is a host issue on their end, not a SZ issue that we can fix, because they are seperate sites but both with the same hosting company and server.

To be fair inno has been very reliable, and they worked hard to resolve it. As i said, i was chatting to their support, they replied instantly and were very helpful.
