I think the answer to the OP is, Israel can do what it wants,nobody in the Western World is going to slap their wrist.

I imagine a major reason why the Arab States don't take action is cos they know which side their bread is buttered...They're playing the game laid out for them...not that that justifies anything.

Oh they don't take action..well they did and got smashed to fuck by the Israelis in conventional wars in the early days,.
Now how many Arab countries are there ? I'm not going to count but lets say around 10.Not counting the Muslim brothers in Indonesia. Some more sophisticated in training of guerrilla forces than others.
Lets say the Palestinians send 1000 men per year to be trained for free in guerrilla warfare in these " friendly countries" . That's a fighting force of 10k per year well trained, as the UK/USA train most of these armies anyway. No shortage of weapons as Iran contrary to popular belief does indeed send weapons. Maybe you need to look at the Sudanese connection and how many times the Israelis have destroyed convoys over the last few years from Sudan to Gaza !!!

As you see that's a lot of well trained manpower..........soooooooo do they do it... NO

The Palestinians are regarded as the gypos of the Arab world, that's why they don't give a fuck until election time, then its my best mate was Yasser blah blah blah.
So while the trendies in the west get caught in the indignation of the Israelis and the UK/USA not condemning...in fact the Arab world love it.

Now as for you questions lol the Israelis row there own boat. Maybe a preemptive strike on the Hezbollah to get them to expend missiles before the strike on Iran, weaken there command + comms and logistic lines so negating one front of operations if they kick off with Iran.

If we consider Egypt, there certainly does seem to be a lot of people that care what's happening in Gaza. For years Mubarak and now this lot don't seem interested in acting on their public's will....why might that be? We all know governments act for the interests of their people right? So perhaps there is a reason why we get nothing but a bit of rhetoric. You think it's just because the Israeli's gave out a few beatings?

Yes ground forces can be effective up to a point, point taken. We can see this in afghanistan where the taliban have been giving the empire grief for decades now and still do....but a result is inevitable there also, technology, and moreso lately remote technology...has tipped the balance in favour of the UN achieving its goals.

Ill make it simple for you. Your talking of infiltration into built up areas with small commando groups heavily armed.
Option 2 is the good old infiltration as workers....why don't you google tunnels in Palestine and see what can be shifted through borders.
A small well trained guerilla force in a built up area is nealy immune from airstrikes....
The capability of training thousands of these fighters for offensive operartions could of kept Isreal tied down in a serious border war for the last 30 years. But the Arab nations do not want fuck all to do with them gypos...simple
